Our Pilates classes are run in conjunction with Andover Pilates. The classes are Physiotherapist-lead exercise sessions designed to improve your core strength and encourage normal movement. Improving your core strength can help improve lower back pain, increase your sporting performance and help prevent injuries. The class numbers are kept low to ensure individual attention is maximised.
All Instructors are APPI (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute) trained which enables them to teach modified Pilates which is suitable for fit and healthy individuals as well as those requiring rehabilitation. Each class is progressively tailored to suit each individual, regardless of ability. Classes cover beginners, Improvers, Intermediate and Advanced levels.
The APPI is firmly established as the leading force in delivery of safe and effective Pilates. Established in 1999 the APPI is the only European based Pilates institute founded and directed by fully qualified Physiotherapists.
